Who is Identity Crisis Cold Brew Coffee?

Cold Brew Coffee, done correctly, offers all of the virtues of a smoother, non-acidic, and higher-octane brew, but most Cold Brew Coffee Brewers use a commercial approach to their cold brew process.  

The wrong beans, the wrong grind, and cutting corners with cold brew concentrates that often result in brews that need Nitrogen and/or water dilution to smooth out their harsh flavors. 

Speaking of flavors...there aren't any.  Most shops use unhealthy flavored syrup to mask otherwise undrinkable brews.

Since 2018, we have been perfecting Identity Crisis Cold Brew formulations and brewing times to create the smoothest, most flavorful, nitrogen-free Cold Brew coffee available. 

Each bottle of Identity Crisis Cold Brew is brewed for at least 48 hours and never concentrated.  This process allows us to extract every ounce of flavor and caffeine from each batch.
